340B Drug Pricing Program

The 340B program enables covered entities such as federally qualified health centers, hospitals, and clinics to purchase outpatient drugs at significantly reduced prices. Savings are passed on to patients.
Who qualifies
A quick look at who this program is designed to help.
Patients do not apply directly to the 340B program. Instead, patients receive 340B pricing by getting prescriptions filled at a 340B-participating pharmacy or health center. Covered entities include FQHCs, Ryan White clinics, certain hospitals, and other safety-net providers. Ask your healthcare provider if they participate in the 340B program.

How it works
No application needed from patients. Find a 340B-participating health center or pharmacy using the HRSA Health Center Finder at findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. Ask the provider about their 340B drug pricing when filling prescriptions.
