The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation provides free educational resources, a peer-support family network, genetic-counseling referrals, and connects patients with pediatric and adult cardiomyopathy to specialty centers. The CCF Peer Support Program pairs newly diagnosed families with experienced peer volunteers.
