Florida Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program
Rehabilitation and support services for Florida residents with traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries.
Short-term case management and rehabilitation support for eligible Florida residents with traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries. Services depend on assessed needs and available resources.
Who qualifies
A quick look at who this program is designed to help.
A qualifying moderate to severe traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, legal Florida residency, Central Registry referral, medical stability, and potential for community reintegration must be confirmed by the program. Stroke and non-traumatic spinal conditions alone do not qualify. Funding is a payer of last resort; other resources and service availability are reviewed by the program.
