God's Love We Deliver cooks and delivers nutritious, medically tailored meals at no cost to people living with severe illness (cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, kidney disease, and more). Serves the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester, Nassau, and parts of New Jersey.
Who qualifies
A quick look at who this program is designed to help.
Must live in the service area (NYC five boroughs, Westchester, Nassau, Hudson/Essex/Union/Bergen counties NJ), be too sick to shop or cook for yourself, and have a serious illness. No income requirements. Referrals from a healthcare provider or social worker speed intake.
