The Immune Deficiency Foundation is the U.S. national patient organization for people with primary immunodeficiency (PI). Runs free 1:1 peer support, Ask IDF medical-information line staffed by nurses, publishes patient guides in English and Spanish, maintains an immunologist locator (Find-A-Doctor), and operates emergency-grant programs for IVIG/SCIG copay support. The IDF SCID Newborn Screening Campaign has expanded universal newborn screening nationwide.
