TAF provides disease-specific grants to help insured patients cover out-of-pocket medication costs, health insurance premiums, and incidental expenses related to treatment. Over 70 disease programs; check if your diagnosis has an open fund.
Who qualifies

Must be a US resident. Must have health insurance that covers the requested medication (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or other). Household income must fall within the limits of the specific disease program (typically up to 400–500% of the Federal Poverty Level). Diagnosis must match a fund that is currently open for enrollment.

Visit tafcares.org to check which disease funds are open. Apply online or by phone at 1-855-845-3663. Provide insurance details, proof of income, and diagnosis confirmation. If approved, grants are applied directly at the pharmacy or reimbursed after submission of receipts.
