Texas Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program covers prescription drugs, supplies, and specialty care for Texas residents with eligible chronic conditions. Uniquely, CSHCN continues coverage of cystic-fibrosis medications (including Trikafta) into adulthood for Texans who age out of pediatric programs.
